The Story Behind Manna Laser
“My husband and I both have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, having grown up in families with a business background. We’ve also had successful careers in large corporations, but eventually found ourselves seeking more autonomy and a better work-life balance. However, it took a series of challenging family events, including the loss of loved ones and a health scare with one of our children suffering a Traumatic Brain Injury “TBI”, to prompt us to re-evaluate our priorities.
This difficult period made us realise that life is short, and we shouldn’t be afraid to take risks and step out of our comfort zones to pursue our dreams. So, we’ve taken the leap of faith and embarked on a new journey, eager to see where it takes us and what kind of legacy we can build for our family.”

Yes! We can work with your existing design or help create something unique. Your imagination is your only limitation, we will bring it to life.

We are a family-owned and operated business located in Port Stephens. While we may not have a physical storefront, we offer local pickup and shipping options.
Ordering & Customisation
How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our website by selecting a product, customising it (if applicable), and completing checkout. For fully custom designs, please contact us with your details, and we’ll provide a quote.
What file formats do you accept for custom engravings?
We prefer vector file formats such as SVG, but we can also work with high-resolution PNG or JPEG files. If you’re unsure, reach out, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Can I request a proof before my order is made?
Yes, for custom designs we provide a digital proof for approval before production begins. This ensures everything looks just the way you want it.
For Bulk orders over 50 a one off sample can be provided for a small cost.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Most of our products have no minimum order requirement, but bulk pricing is available for larger quantities.

How long does it take to complete an order?
Turnaround time depends on the complexity of your order. Standard orders typically take 7-14 business days, while bulk or highly detailed custom pieces may take longer. Rush orders may be available upon request.

Materials & Care
What materials can you engrave on?
We mainly engrave on plywood. If you have a specific material in mind, feel free to contact us.
How do I care for my engraved products?
To preserve its beauty, store your piece in a cool, dry environment, shielded from direct sunlight. Avoid placing heavy objects upon it, particularly if it features decorative handles or custom engraving.
Avoid excessive moisture. Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
Returns & Policies
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
What if there is a mistake with my order?
We take great care to ensure accuracy, but if we make an error, we will correct it at no additional cost. If the mistake is due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we may charge a fee for rework.
